No. You can order from 1 unit with no minimum order value. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Orders placed before 14:00 EET ship the same day. Delivery is next-day to Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece. Other EU countries receive orders within 1-3 business days.

Yes. Every product we sell is sourced through direct contracts with authorized brands or licensed distributors. All items carry the full manufacturer warranty and are traceable to source.

Yes. We ship directly to your end customer with neutral packaging (no KOFF branding). Contact your account manager to activate dropshipping on your account.

Yes. We provide hourly-updated stock feeds in CSV format, plus full API access for real-time stock queries and order placement. Custom feed formats available on request.

Yes. Our REST API supports stock queries, order placement, tracking, and invoicing. Documentation is provided after registration.

Bank transfer (standard for B2B), with payment terms established per account. New accounts start with prepayment; credit terms are available after establishing order history.

Returns are accepted within 14 days for products in original, unopened packaging. Defective products are covered by the manufacturer warranty.

We ship to all EU member states. Primary markets with next-day delivery: Romania, Bulgaria, Greece. Other EU countries: 1-3 business days.
