1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website koff.ro and all related services provided by KOFF Distribution SRL ("KOFF", "we", "us"), a company registered in Bucharest, Romania.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended exclusively for business customers (B2B). To place orders, you must be a registered business entity with a valid VAT number in a European Union member state. Individual consumers are not eligible to purchase through KOFF.
3. Account Registration
To access distributor pricing and place orders, you must register an account at shop.koff.ro. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud or misrepresentation.
4. Products and Pricing
All products listed on our platform are genuine, sourced through direct contracts with authorized brands or licensed distributors. Pricing is available only to registered partners and may change without prior notice.
Product availability is subject to stock levels, which are updated hourly. While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock information, occasional discrepancies may occur.
5. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed through shop.koff.ro and are subject to confirmation by KOFF. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payment terms are established individually per account and communicated during registration.
All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of VAT, which will be applied according to applicable EU regulations.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed before 14:00 EET on business days are shipped the same day. Standard delivery times are: next-day for Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece; 1-3 business days for other EU countries.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. KOFF is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
7. Returns and Warranty
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products in original, unopened packaging. Defective products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a KOFF error (wrong product, defective item).
8. Intellectual Property
All content on koff.ro — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of KOFF Distribution SRL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOFF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
