Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products in their original, unopened packaging. The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, email sales@koff.ro with your order number and the items you wish to return. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to:
- Wrong product shipped by KOFF
- Defective product (manufacturer defect)
- Damaged during shipping
In these cases, KOFF covers the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund is issued as a credit to your KOFF account or to the original payment method, at your choice.
Warranty
All products sold by KOFF are genuine and covered by the full manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product — typically 12 to 24 months from the date of purchase.
Every product is traceable to its source, and we provide proof of authenticity upon request.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim:
- Email sales@koff.ro with your order number, product details, and a description of the defect
- Include photos of the defect where applicable
- Our team will evaluate the claim within 2 business days
Approved claims are resolved with a replacement product or credit, depending on stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products with broken seals or removed from packaging
- Products damaged through misuse or improper handling
- Custom or special-order items (if applicable)
