Orders placed before 14:00 EET on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends are shipped the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Carriers
We work with multiple carriers to ensure reliable delivery across Europe. The carrier is selected automatically based on destination, package dimensions, and delivery speed.
For large or pallet-sized orders, we use dedicated freight services with pre-arranged delivery windows.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on order weight, volume, and destination. Exact costs are calculated at checkout on shop.koff.ro. Registered partners may qualify for preferential rates based on monthly volume.
Minimum Order
There is no minimum order quantity. You can order from 1 unit. Shipping costs are optimized for orders above a certain weight threshold — details visible at checkout.
Dropshipping
We offer dropshipping for registered partners. Orders ship directly to your end customer with neutral packaging (no KOFF branding). Contact your account manager to activate dropshipping.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours at sales@koff.ro. We will arrange a replacement or credit.
